This website, set up in conjunction with the Benedictine University Center for Values Driven Leadership, administers a survey and gives you an immediate assesses of your decision-making style.
This survey has been used by hundreds of managers with overwhelmingly positive feedback. It has also been presented as part of the International Leadership Association 2016. While other such surveys cost hundreds if not thousands of dollars, this is provided free of charge. While this survey evaluates your concerns in decision-making, there is a related survey that assesses other’s impressions of you at www.leaderdecisionassessment.com. Note that this survey must be taken before that survey can be used; and you must save your unique survey identifier which is presented at the end of this survey.

Your survey input is anonymous. In order to get your results you must complete the entire survey.

About me

My name is Walter R. Baehrend Jr. and I created this website as a doctoral student pursuing a doctorate in Values-Driven Leadership at Benedictine University in Lisle, IL. The subject of my doctorate was to explore how people make difficult decisions. My continuing goal is to learn more about the ways in which people make decisions where there are conflicting values. The anonymous data collected here is used to improve that understanding.

I am writing because I would like to invite you to participate in this research based upon your demonstrated expertise in this area. Your participation would involve about 20 minutes of your time to fill out a questionnaire.

Thank you for your willingness to participate in filling out the questionnaire. Your participation is voluntary. You do not have to answer any questions you do not want to answer. If at any time you do not want to continue with the questionnaire, you may stop. Your time and involvement is profoundly appreciated.
